Tax notification scam letter

This is a scam. There is an attached file that you should not open. It purports to be an income tax form. The IRS does not contact people by email. If you open the attachment it contains a computer virus. From: Internal Revenue Service <message49591@74260.irs.gov>

determined that you are eligible to receive your tax return.

Due to invalid account records we were unable to credit your account.
Please submit a verified tax return request as soon as possible.

Your tax return request form is attached to this email.

After you  submit the tax return request, please allow us
3 to 7 working days in order to process it.
