Update on the class action lawsuit filed against Publishamerica
The Maryland press known as PublishAmerica is on the recieving end of a class action lawsuit. The action was initiated by Darla Yoos, Edwin Mccall and Kerri Levine, on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated. The Bogus Barrister has obtained a copy of the complaint which you can read here, in PDF format. This is Case 1:12-cv-01696-MJG and the summons has been issued.
