The first indication that something was amiss was discovered by the Frederick Post who wrote a story about the class action lawsuit against PA being dismissed. The attorney of record Vic Cretella the in house lawyer';s phone number was disconnected. There have been no further promotions from them either. The listing for them on city search lists Publish America as closed.
