PublishAmerica seeks to profit from JFK's assassination and the writing of senior citizens who remember it!

Dear author:

Where were you
when you heard the news
that president John F. Kennedy
had been assassinated?

Almost everyone in their late 50s or older remembers this vividly.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of JFK's death. We're compiling a collection of author memories about what everybody agrees was a sad day, November 22, 1963.

* Where were you?
* How did you hear the news?
* How old were you?
* How did people around you react?
* Do you remember what you were thinking at the time?
* How has that day in Dallas changed the nation?

We invite you to contribute to this JFK Memorial book, tentatively titled Where Were You When You Heard That JFK Was Shot?. Please keep it short, no more than 500 words.

Send your thoughts to Jaime Polychrones at jaime@publishamerica.com. Jaime will edit the book.

By submitting your short story you authorize PublishAmerica to include it in the book at PublishAmerica's sole discretion, to edit it for length and/or corrections if deemed necessary, and you agree to waive all rights, whether copyrights, consideration rights, and/or any other rights. You agree that PublishAmerica may advertise, promote, market and sell copies of the book in any format and as it sees fit.

We're looking forward to reading your memories of that fateful day, 50 years ago, so that we can share them with the rest of the world.

Thank you!
