NASTY OR ABUSIVE PUBLISHAMERICA LETTERS
Has PublishAmerica sent you nasty tone letters in response to a simple inquiry regarding your royalties or books sold? Have these emails been littered with personal insults? Have you been flooded with unsolicited spam messages from them? The Internet services cannot be used in this manner and are a violation of Terms of Service agreements. Where do you report any suspicious emails originating from PublishAmerica? Abuse-mail@verizonbusiness.com.

A curious thing about reporting these emails or rude letters to Verizon. The second time you attempt to send them a complaint about an email from PA you discover that Verizon has blocked you from contacting them at the abuse address.
