PublishAmerica's new way to rip off their authors

It used to be that authors could email support@publishamerica.com with their questions about book orders or royalties. Publish recently did away with that address and replaced it with a contact form on their website. One of their authors filled out that form to ask why the copies of his books that he ordered never arrived. They sent this today: noreply@publishamerica.com subject:name redacted order status was re:support form. Dear_ your email was automatically deleted. Thank you for filling out the form, and helping us to help you faster! PublishAmerica Support (links to their Facebook and Twitter accounts).
