Nicole Joubert, 44 of Fort Lauderdale Arrested

The Barrister has learned that Nicole Joubert age 44 of Fort Lauderdale was arrested on Wednesday at NJ Estheticians Clinic, located at 3481 Andrews Avenue in Oakland Park. The Broward county Chief John S. Bukata has informed us that Ms. Joubert who uses the alias Nikki Bass did not evade police as first thought. There was quite a scene outside the clinic on Wednesday as authorities surrounded the plaza for about three hours.Apparently, there was some miscommunication between the officers because she had just been apprehended. At any rate, we thank the sheriff for taking action and ensuring the safety of our neighborhoods.

Ms. Joubert, who owns the Joubert Day Spa in Wilton Manors, also works at various massage parlors in the area and has been using her shop called "NJ Estheticians Clinic" as a front for prostitution. While she does have a barber's license, she ran this "spa" without a business license.
