This ordeal has angered us like no other. Tatyana has removed her article re: Sinthyia Darkness' death. But the folks on absolute Write can't seem to let it go and move on. Tatyana is 16 years old. This is a kid. A kid who found some information on the internet and wrote a story about it. She is now being bullied by hateful emails and to make matters worse, the posters on Absolute Write have found a way so that these people can continue to harass her. Look at this:

I found that first link a long time ago. Seems there's a feud between folks in the paranormal community in Miami. The second site looks to be an aggregator. The footer is a dead giveaway.

It is noted that her article is gone.But read on. They found a cache file and published it. It is through that door that anybody can read this girl's private posts. That has her mother and us furious. Again, grow up and move on. We thought it was fitting then to start our own thread about this website and those who contribute to it and whatever information we find will not be removed until they stop this harassment. We discovered a website called the Write Agenda which also calls some of these posters and their credibility into question.

I think this person from Maryland is the most shameful of them all. We have logged this same person visitng the girl's private website multiple times today.
What private website there is no private website and you know it. How can you visit a website that's private and there are no private posts on the cached copy and I highly doubt anyone would waste their time sending a fake person threatening e-mails either, why are you making up such bogus lies that anyone can see through? Your credibility is what I am questioning.

ReplyDeleteFor a website that is supposed to be so against this publisher they have people there who sure do side with that company. I see a lot of laughing going on at the people who fell victim while at the same time they say we don't make fun of these authors. Victoria keeps making the allegation of this evasion of service but that's all speculation. How can you serve an alias? You can't do it and to get a judgment against the name of an alias what purpose would it serve? I did look up the court case that they are talking about. You must pay to view the filings. Now it says that the attorney filed aervice just before Christmas but the judge has yet to accept it. If this judge allows alternative service by email it will set a precedent.

ReplyDeletegot an update. The authorities have gotten involved and prompted Google to take action. They have deleted all those cached pages from their servers and closed down the harassers window into Tatyana's blog.

Probably because I opened it in a tab and just left it there without thinking about it. ReplyDeleteI'm with you Anonymous. In my opinion, PA does need to be shut down. I have some information about the SD blog. Not only has her Examiner account been hacked but email accounts also. This first began with email threats, then death threats, then her Examiner account was hacked. Somebody posted mock newspaper articles on the internet. This has been taken as sign onto Sinthyia that her life is in danger. There are a couple of posters on the internet who have been very quick to point a finger at her for having "faked" this death. Nothing could be further from the truth. I wonder exactly what is the motive if these posters to say such a thing when they don't know what is going on. The Sinthyia Darkness blog has also been hijacked by someone who looks like a spammer. The hosting company has been notified but they don't seem very motivated to help. Somebody sure is going through a lot of trouble to get her completely off the Internet. The only ones who would do this are those who have something to hide from the public.

This is a name that has never come up in any of these discussions about Sinthyia Darkness. I think it's safe to assume this could be her real name.
I doubt that Sinthyia or anybody else who has written informative truths about this company have done them any harm whatsoever. Take a look at the increasing likes on their Facebook page. There is no bigger knucklehead than a writer who is desperate to be published. PA knows this and have exploited it from day one. They aren't making dreams come true, they are exploiting dreams.
