Update on the James Sylvester Versus PublishAmerica lawsuit

We first reported to you in January that PublishAmerica lost the lawsuit filed by Mr. James Sylvester in the state of California. PublishAmerica refused to pay the judgement since this was done in California. There was a motion filed in Maryland so that this judgment was recognized under their state laws and Sylvester asked Maryland to enforce the order which they have done.

There was a lot of service dodging by the staff of PA and that could have only angered the judge.
